Head Freshman Coach
Defensive Coordinator,Linebackers
This is Coach Cislo’s second year coaching at MVHS, and his third season coaching football. He played QB, Strong Safety and Long Snapper in high school and absolutely loves coaching! He is also the 3rd level boy’s Lacrosse coach at MVHS.
Knowing that most freshman athletes can become overwhelmed with the increased demands and workloads in the classroom and on the field, Coach Cislo is dedicated to helping his players find balance between life, school and sports. His motto is, “Start by doing what is necessary, then what is possible, and suddenly you are doing the impossible.” St. Francis of Assisi
Coach Cislo Graduated from Henry Ford Community College, MI, and is currently pursuing a BA degree in Special Education at Western Governors University.
In his off time, you will find Coach Cislo enjoying mountain biking snowboarding and coaching.
Coach Cislo has
been married to his wife, Kendra for 9 years and has 2 young daughters at home.

Offensive & Defensive Line
2010 will be Coach Richardson’s 1st season with MVHS football. He brings 10 solid years of experience in coaching football to our program. Coach Richardson has extensive expertise in developing young football players. He was the Offensive Line Coach at Regis High School in 2006 and a USA Football Instructor at INVESCO Field in 2008. Coach Richardson is the Co-Founder and President of the Highlands Ranch Youth Football Association (HRYFA) from 2004-2008. He has been a Mustang Head Football coach for 5 years, as well as 4 years as a Mustang Assistant Coach as the Defensive Coordinator, Offensive & Defensive lines, Running Backs and Linebackers.
A native of Limon, CO, Coach Richardson graduated from CSU with a BA degree. Coach Richardson is inspired by Vince Lombardi, “Any man’s finest hour, the greatest fulfillment of all that he holds dear, is that moment when he has worked his heart out in great cause and lies exhausted on the filed of battle, Victorious…”
Coach Richardson has been married to his wife Erin, for 17 years and has two sons and one daughter at home.

Coach Deyoung returns for his 2nd year at MVHS. He coached Wide Receivers during his first season. Coach Deyoung has 5 years of experience including coaching the Mustangs youth football. Additionally, Coach Deyoung coaches basketball and is the freshman basketball coach at Chatfield High School.
Coach Deyoung grew up in Parker, CO and played every sport imaginable. He attended and played basketball at CSU.
His motivation comes from the saying, “When the world says, give up…hope whispers, try it one more time.”
Coach Deyoung is married to Pam, who is an elementary school teacher, and they have 3 young children at home. |
